We undertake full biomechanical and postural assessments to obtain the precise measurements of your body movement, with our dedicated 3D scanning software accurately recognising the angles and lengths of your body joints. A comprehensive report is generated which identifies and recommends the best bike position for you – from handlebar sizes and characteristics to optimum crank length and saddle shape.

If you already have a bike and want to make sure that it fits you perfectly, then this service is ideal for you.


It works in four simple steps: 

One of our bike fitters will take you through a full physical assessment which will take into account any past or present injuries, any worries or concerns, and any specific cycling goals you may have.

Using our innovative IdMatch 3D Motion Capture System, we’ll record all of your physical measurements, including your feet for any required cleat adjustment. Your bike will then be measured via our laser-precision measuring device and all of the data transferred to the IdMatch Smart Bike (a highly advanced simulator which enables the set-up of any riding position – including saddle, handlebars, and pedals)

We’ll then ask you to get onto the IdMatch Smart Bike and pedal as you normally would. The 3D technology will take measurements of all of your movements and angles, and the simulator will automatically adjust to the perfect position for you.

Your bike fitter will make changes to your bike if you wish to do so and will generate a full digital report of your personal bike set-up which will be yours to refer to at any time.

Our dedicated Pre-Bike Purchase Fit service sees us use our pioneering 3D Motion Capture System and IdMatch Smart Bike to take complete measurements of your body whilst in cycling mode to help identify the best bike for you – from brand and model to precise configuration of handlebars, saddle, crank, and stem length.


You’ll be provided with a comprehensive report detailing all of your measurements, including the most suitable specification of bike for your body, enabling you to go and purchase your new bike with ultimate confidence and peace of mind.
